control our self

Sometimes we can't control our emotion ,speaking dirty word like " f***k" or somethings else. But that is us now. The most  enemy that difficult to lose is our self and our mind. Althoug we read holy book every day, yoga, meditation or  be holy person . But if we can't control our mind, our emotional, our self. That not useful (uselless). I,m not holy person but every day i watching  people arround me. How they are. I learn they caracteristic and body lenguage. I never respect again with people never felling or never say i ,m wrong, I,m always right . That not good personality . So for what you have friend ship with that person ?. 

For me every person have diferent personality include me. But we should now where we are. Diferent country have diferent culture.Sometimes we need to learn their culture or if we can directly plunge to them sociality. Not only see or watching them for view minute . And say they not good person , they to much problem with me .   Althoug we are read alot off book or we are clever and know every things .If we are don't understand with our self first for be good person that very dificult. Be understand people that dificult too .I,m writing like this ,that no mean  i have good personality. But i want to give inspiration for every person that  read my blog. This live is not easy . We should learn everyday ,we should  know where we are , we should know how makes good choice and decision. So if we can understand our self first . Finaly we can understand another people. Because we all have ego. "

Sometimes we can't control our emotion ,speaking dirty word. As you say that,  we can't control our emotion.If we try to control them, as a result, we can not control them.So, how should we do?.We do not have to control our emotion or our mind.And we do not have to exploit 4-letter-word, even if they in our presence.Just let them go, when dirty word comes in mind.
Let them go when anger comes in mind, so that spontaneously they go away.
They comes with many reasons and conditions.
How they are in our mind are beyond our responsibilities."Our mind" are not ours, as you know....!.
And they are always changing like a river or clouds in the sky . We do not say that cloud is bad and that sun is good.There is no good and no bad in our mind."good or bad" are just our way of viewing.
"good or bad" are like a name tag. or a price tag that we decide by ourselves. They exist only in our thoughts. which are fictions." . That very new knowledge for me . How is actualy the emotion and mind. That mean every person have different way to understand and release emotional things in our mind. What he said that true . Sometimes we can't control our emotional and just let's it go. If not that can be  explode one day. Because that all the times stuck ,stuck and stuck again ... finaly you can't handle again  the emotional  . That will be dangerous for our body and psychological. Please give me more advice....

But that is us now.
It is impossible to say now when we are now.
The moment of now is not recognised.
Because when the moment called "now ", we and "now " are as one.
So oneness can not recognise oneness itself.
It is just like our eyes can not see our eyes.
When we say "now","now"itself is already passed away.
Recognition needs distances.
The distance of time makes it possible to recognise  "now" .
So, when we recognise our emotion or ourselves,
what we recognise are past emotion or past our images which are already passed, but  we convinced the now emotion or now ourselves.
We misunderstand the thoughts, which emotions are conceptualised, are real emotion.
Actually real emotion are passed already, just thoughts are left.
Thoughts seems to be real, but they are ideas.
The most  enemy that difficult to lose is our self and our mind.
It is wonderful to understand it.
But,
Do not conflict against our self or our mind
As i told before,
Let them go away, do not try to control them.
In other word,
When the anger comes in your working hours,
you just work ,as your mind is.
Without doing something in our mind, do our works.
You just pretend to be an actress to play a role of smiling person, even if anger comes in  mind.
Eventually mind changes spontaneously, without our control.
Mind is always refreshed without our control. 
Controlling mind is not our jobs. 
So the function of mind, let the mind works without our  control,
All we do is do smiling what it is needed in our situation we are given. 
Even if the angry emotion comes in our mind, we do with smiling.
