Lawar is made by some kind vegetable as like jackfruit, long bean and pepaya. That vegetable mixed be one with spice ,coconut and some fres blood. They
are two kinds of lawar differentiated by color. Lawar the red tops. Lawar red mixed with a little fresh blood. And white lawar made without mixed blood.
And the next traditional food is
Komoh .
Komoh is balinese traditional soup made from a mixture of pork thinly sliced, chicken meat mixed with various spices and cooked in a pan.Usualy komoh made when Big hindu ceremony or Galungan Days.
